Coaching for High Growth is delivered by Be Enterprising, County Durham's LEGI programme. Be Enterprising is administered by Durham County Council and supported by £18.7m investment from government and £4.1m from the European Regional Development Fund until March 2011. The programme aims to promote and encourage enterprise, so that by 2016 County Durham communities will be the most enterprising in the North East and the fastest improving areas for enterprise and productivity in England.
